- Review Zip Code and Tree Eligibility List.
- Purchase up to 5 eligible species; only 1 or 5 gallon sizes are eligible. Make sure to keep your receipts! *
- Plant tree(s) at your home by 10/31/2022.
- Take one photo per tree planted in the ground or in a sufficient container.
- Create an account to submit your rebate.
* Purchase date must be from 2/1/22 - 10/31/22
